Accessibility Statement

Last updated: September 13, 2026

Pidoxa Tech Solutions, LLC (“Pidoxa”, “we”, “us”) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to our websites and the sites and services we operate on behalf of our clients (collectively, the “Sites”).

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. WCAG defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Our Sites are designed to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content may not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working toward full conformance.

Measures to Support Accessibility

Pidoxa takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of its Sites:

  • Include accessibility as part of our design, development, and content-publishing practices.
  • Build pages with semantic HTML, meaningful headings, descriptive link text, and text alternatives for images.
  • Support keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, and a “skip to content” link on every page.
  • Maintain sufficient color contrast and allow text to be resized without loss of content or functionality.
  • Test with automated accessibility tools and assistive technologies such as screen readers on an ongoing basis.
  • Review third-party content, integrations, and embedded services for accessibility before deploying them.

Compatibility with Browsers and Assistive Technology

Our Sites are designed to be compatible with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge) on desktop and mobile devices, and with commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers (such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack), screen magnifiers, and speech-recognition software. Our Sites may not display or function optimally in browsers that are no longer supported by their vendors.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations may include:

  • Third-party content: Videos, forms, maps, social media feeds, and other content provided by third parties may not fully conform to our accessibility standards. We do not control this content but encourage vendors to provide accessible experiences.
  • Legacy documents: Some older PDF and other downloadable documents may not be fully tagged for screen readers. On request, we will provide the information in an accessible format.
  • User-generated content: Content submitted by users, such as comments or reviews, may not include text alternatives or meet contrast requirements.

Feedback and Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our Sites. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need assistance, or would like to request content in an alternative format, please let us know by email at privacy@pidoxa.com, or by mailing us at:

Nothing in this statement limits any rights you may have under applicable law, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

Ongoing Efforts

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We periodically review our Sites, update this statement, and train our team members on accessible design and content practices. This statement will be updated as our accessibility work progresses.
