Pidoxa Privacy Policy
Last modified: September 18, 2026
Pidoxa Tech Solutions, LLC (“Pidoxa”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. Pidoxa has created this Privacy Policy in furtherance of its commitment to the transparent processing of personal information and other data in its possession. This Privacy Policy explains what Pidoxa collects, how Pidoxa collects it, and how Pidoxa may use or share what it collects.
This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use our websites, applications, products, and services (collectively, the “Sites and Services”) and our practices for collecting, processing, maintaining, sharing, protecting, and disclosing that information.
Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. This Privacy Policy is a notice of our information practices and is not a request for consent. Where applicable law requires consent for a particular processing activity, we will request that consent separately. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, you may choose not to use our Sites and Services. This policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy), so please check it periodically for updates.
Personal and Sensitive Information
Personal Information (also known as Personal Data) is any information that is linked or reasonably linkable to an identified or identifiable natural person. “Personal data” does not include de-identified data or publicly available information.
Personal information is information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked with you or your household. For example, it could include your name, social security number, email address, records of products purchased, internet browsing history, geolocation data, fingerprints, and inferences from other personal information that could create a profile about your preferences and characteristics.
Sensitive personal information is a specific subset of personal information that, depending on your state of residence, may include certain government identifiers (such as Social Security numbers); an account log-in, financial account, debit card, or credit card number with any required security code, password, or credentials allowing access to an account; precise geolocation; contents of mail, email, and text messages; genetic data; biometric information processed to identify a consumer; information concerning a consumer’s health, sex life, or sexual orientation; or information about racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership. Applicable law may require us to obtain consent before processing sensitive personal information or may give you the right to limit particular uses and disclosures, as described below.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have certain rights regarding the processing, sharing, and sale of your personal information or sensitive personal information.
Children Under 13
Our Sites and Services are not directed to children under 13, and Pidoxa does not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use the Sites and Services or provide any information to us. If we learn that we collected Personal Information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it. If you believe we may have information from or about a child under 13, contact us at privacy@pidoxa.com.
California Residents Under 16
If you are age 16 or older, you have the right to direct us to not share or sell your personal information at any time (the “right to opt-out”). We do not share or sell the personal information of consumers we actually know are less than 16 years old, unless we receive affirmative authorization (the “right to opt-in”) from either the consumer who is between 13 and 15 years old, or the parent or guardian of a consumer less than 13 years old. Consumers who opt-in to personal information sharing or sales may opt-out of future sharing or sales at any time.
To exercise the right to opt out, you or your authorized agent may use our Privacy Choices form.
You do not need to create an account with us to exercise your opt-out rights. We will only use personal information provided in an opt-out request to review and comply with the request or as required by law.

Your User Contributions are posted and transmitted at your own risk. Although we may limit access to certain pages and may allow you to set privacy settings through your account profile, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We cannot control the actions of other users with whom you choose to share User Contributions and cannot guarantee that User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.
Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies
As you navigate through and interact with our Sites and Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:
- Details of your visits, including traffic data, approximate location data, logs, other communication data, and the resources that you access and use.
- Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.
We also may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or online services (behavioral tracking). Visit https://privacy.pidoxa.com/optout to exercise applicable opt-out rights and see Opt-Out Preference Signals for information about browser-based signals.
The information we collect automatically includes Personal Information. It helps us improve our Sites and Services and deliver a more personalized experience, including by enabling us to:
- Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.
- Store information about your preferences and customize our Sites and Services according to your interests.
- Speed up your searches.
- Recognize you when you return.
The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:
- Cookies (or browser cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on your device. You may refuse some or all browser cookies or configure your browser to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, some parts of the Sites and Services may become inaccessible or may not function properly.
- Web Beacons. Pages of our Sites and Services and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also called clear gifs, pixel tags, or single-pixel gifs) that permit us to count visits or opened emails, measure content popularity, and verify service and server integrity.
Third-Party Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
Some content or applications, including advertisements, may be served by third parties such as advertisers, advertising networks, content providers, analytics providers, and application providers. These third parties may use cookies or other tracking technologies to collect information when you use our Sites and Services, including information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or services. They may use this information to provide interest-based advertising or other targeted content.
We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, contact the responsible provider directly. For available choices, see Privacy Choices.
Opt-Out Preference Signals
Pidoxa recognizes Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) and other legally recognized opt-out preference signals. For California consumers, we treat a valid signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information. For Colorado consumers, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale of Personal Data and its use for targeted advertising. We apply the signal to the browser or device and any consumer profile associated with that browser or device, including pseudonymous profiles. If we know the identity of the consumer, we also apply the request to the consumer, including the consumer’s account and associated offline sale or sharing. We do not require a consumer to log in or verify their identity merely to have a signal recognized, and the absence of a signal later is not treated as consent to opt back in. Our Sites display whether we processed the signal as an opt-out request.
How We Use Your Information
With your consent or as otherwise permitted by law, Pidoxa may use your Personal Information to provide, maintain, personalize, and improve our Sites and Services; provide services to our clients; respond to requests; process transactions; communicate with you; market our products and services; protect our Sites, Services, users, and business; prevent fraud; and comply with legal obligations. If you receive marketing emails from Pidoxa, you may opt out by following the instructions in the email.
Biographical information submitted as part of an application for employment is used only for the purpose of considering your application, and may become part of your employment file if you are offered an employment position at Pidoxa.
Your Personal Information may be disclosed to unaffiliated third parties that perform services for Pidoxa or Pidoxa’s clients. For example, we may disclose your name and email address to a provider that sends emails on our behalf or on behalf of a client. Analytics providers may also help us collect and analyze data and may process that data under their own privacy policies and practices.
Pidoxa does not sell your Personal Information for monetary payment. As described in the table below, we disclose certain categories of Personal Information to service providers and business partners, including advertising and analytics companies, for purposes such as measuring marketing effectiveness and improving our Sites and Services. Where a disclosure qualifies as a sale or sharing under applicable state law, including when it enables cross-context behavioral advertising, we provide the opt-out rights described in Your State Privacy Rights.
Except as described above, Pidoxa will not share, send, sell, or lease your Personal Information to any non-client third party unless required to do so by law or legal process, when doing so is necessary to protect and defend property rights of Pidoxa, or under exigent legal circumstances to protect the personal safety of Pidoxa users or the public.
Disclosure of Personal Information
We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.
We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy:
- To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
- To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
- To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Pidoxa’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Pidoxa about users of our Sites and Services is among the assets transferred.
- To third parties to market their products or services to you if you have consented to these disclosures. We contractually require these third parties to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them. For more information, see Privacy Choices.
- To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
- For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
- With your consent.
We may also disclose your personal information:
- To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
- To enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes.
- If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pidoxa, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Your State Privacy Rights
California Privacy Rights
California residents may exercise the following rights, subject to applicable exceptions:

- Rights relating to automated decisionmaking technology. If we use automated decisionmaking technology to make a significant decision about you in a manner subject to California law, we will provide the required notice and applicable access and opt-out rights.
- Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a California privacy right.
Colorado Privacy Rights
Colorado residents may exercise the following rights, subject to applicable exceptions:
- Confirm whether we process your Personal Data and access that data.
- Correct inaccuracies in your Personal Data, taking into account the nature of the data and the purposes of processing it.
- Delete Personal Data concerning you.
- Obtain Personal Data you previously provided to us in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that allows you to transmit the data to another entity without hindrance. This right may be exercised up to two times per calendar year as provided by law.
- Opt out of the processing of Personal Data for targeted advertising, the sale of Personal Data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
- Appeal our refusal to act on a privacy-rights request as described below.
Sensitive Information
Where Colorado law requires consent, we will obtain your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent before processing Sensitive Data and will provide a method to withdraw that consent. Continued use of our Sites and Services or agreement to general terms is not treated as consent to process Sensitive Data. California residents may use our Privacy Choices form to exercise an applicable right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive Personal Information.
How to Exercise Your Rights
- Use our Privacy Choices form to opt out of sale or sharing, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling, or to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive Personal Information where that right applies.
- Use our Privacy Rights Request form to request access or specific pieces of Personal Information, correction, deletion, portability, an appeal, or to submit a request through an authorized agent.
- Email privacy@pidoxa.com.
- Call our toll-free Privacy Request Line at (855) 954-6644.
You do not need to create a new account to make a request. If you already have an account, we may require you to submit the request through that account when permitted by law.
Verification
For requests to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy, we will use commercially reasonable methods to verify that the request is from you or your authorized agent. The information requested for verification will depend on the nature and sensitivity of the request. We will use verification information only for verification, fraud prevention, and security. We do not require identity verification to process an opt-out request that applies only to a browser or device, including a valid opt-out preference signal.
Authorized Agents
California residents may designate an authorized agent to submit a request. We may require the agent to provide proof of signed permission and may ask you to verify your identity directly with us and confirm that you authorized the request. These requirements do not apply where the agent has a valid power of attorney under applicable law. Colorado residents may use an authorized agent, including through a legally recognized opt-out mechanism, to submit an applicable opt-out request. We may take reasonable steps to authenticate the request and the agent’s authority.
Response Timing
For California requests to know, access, delete, or correct, we will confirm receipt within 10 business days. We generally respond to authenticated California and Colorado requests within 45 calendar days. When permitted by law, we may extend the response period once for an additional 45 days after notifying you of the extension and the reason for it. We will explain any denial and provide information about applicable appeal rights.
Colorado Appeals
To appeal a decision on a Colorado privacy-rights request, use our Privacy Rights Request form and select “Appeal a decision,” or email privacy@pidoxa.com with the subject “Colorado Privacy Appeal.” Include enough information to identify your original request and our decision. We will respond in writing within 45 days after receiving the appeal. We may extend that period by up to 60 additional days when reasonably necessary, in which case we will notify you during the initial 45-day period and explain the reason for the extension. If we deny the appeal, we will explain the decision and tell you how to contact the Colorado Attorney General to submit a complaint.
Non-Discrimination and Non-Retaliation
We will not discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising a privacy right. For example, we will not deny goods or services, charge a different price, provide a different level or quality of service, or suggest that you will receive different treatment because you exercised a right, except as permitted by law. We will not increase the cost or decrease the availability of a product or service based solely on the exercise of a Colorado privacy right.
Other State-Specific Rights
California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits California residents who use our Sites and Services to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To request that information, contact privacy@pidoxa.com.
Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt out of certain covered sales of personal information. Residents who wish to exercise that right may use our Privacy Choices form.
Privacy Choices
You can control certain uses and disclosures of your Personal Information as follows:
- Cookies and similar technologies. You can configure your browser to refuse some or all cookies or to alert you when cookies are sent. Disabling cookies may cause parts of our Sites and Services not to function properly.
- Sale, sharing, targeted advertising, and qualifying profiling. Use our Privacy Choices form or a legally recognized opt-out preference signal such as GPC.
- Promotional emails. Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact privacy@pidoxa.com. Transactional or service-related communications may continue.
- Other privacy rights. Use our Privacy Rights Request form for access, correction, deletion, portability, authorized-agent requests, and Colorado appeals.
Third parties may provide additional controls for interest-based advertising. You can use the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out platform or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out platform. These industry tools are separate from the state-law opt-out methods described in this policy.
We and our partners may use IP addresses, cookies, pixels, web beacons, and pseudonymous identifiers, including hashed identifiers, to measure engagement and personalize advertising or content. Hashed or pseudonymous identifiers may still constitute Personal Information under applicable law. We may disclose this information to advertising and analytics partners as described in this policy. Use our Privacy Choices form or a recognized opt-out preference signal to exercise an applicable opt-out right.
Our network partners may also use these technologies to deliver personalized advertising emails. To manage email-advertising preferences offered through QuiqList, visit QuiqList.
Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information against accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards are selected based on the nature of the information and the risks presented by its processing.
If you have account credentials, you are responsible for keeping them confidential. Please use care when sharing information in public areas of our Sites and Services because other users may be able to view it.
No transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of Personal Information.
Data Retention
We retain Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by category and purpose. Account and transaction records are generally retained for the duration of your relationship with us plus 3 years for tax, accounting, and legal-compliance purposes; job-applicant information is retained for 3 years; and Site and Service analytics data is generally retained by Pidoxa for up to 10 years and by third-party analytics providers for up to 3 years, subject to their own retention practices. When Personal Information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete, de-identify, or anonymize it.
Breach Notification
In the event of a security breach involving Personal Information, Pidoxa will notify affected individuals and applicable regulators as required by law.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the “Last Modified” date above. If required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect.
