Enterprise-Grade Infrastructure, Without the Capital Investment
The compute, network, storage and security-camera systems Pidoxa builds and runs for its own operations and for clients, engineered with redundancy so traffic keeps flowing through hardware failure and maintenance.
Reliability Is Expensive to Build Alone
Resilient infrastructure needs redundant power, redundant connectivity, failover-ready network hardware and enough compute headroom to absorb growth. For a single business or a single workload, that is a lot of capital tied up in equipment.
Pidoxa already runs that foundation for its own operations. Clients build on it, so they get enterprise-grade reliability without buying, racking and maintaining the hardware themselves.
Hosted in our on-site data center, with generator and UPS battery-rack power backup. VMware, Proxmox, Docker Swarm and Kubernetes are our bread and butter.
Compute, Network, Storage and Cameras, Managed as One Practice
Physical systems designed and supported by the same team that manages your IT.
How We Approach Infrastructure Work
Assess the workload
We start with what has to run, how much downtime you can tolerate, how it needs to grow and what you can spend, so the design follows the requirement rather than a product catalog.
Design for failure
Redundant firewalls, load balancers, power and connectivity are designed in from the start, so a single failed component or a planned maintenance window doesn’t take the service down.
Run it and keep it healthy
The same team that builds the environment operates it, with monitoring and support alongside your wider IT and security services.
Why Build on Pidoxa Infrastructure
- ✔Enterprise-grade redundancy without your own capital investment.
- ✔The physical foundation for Website Hosting (HMS), Cloud and Cybersecurity, so those services are built on the same well-managed base.
- ✔Camera and NVR systems recommended by need and budget, not by a single vendor’s catalog.
- ✔One team accountable for compute, network, storage and the systems built on them.
Is Managed Infrastructure Right for You?
- ✔Need reliable hosting or compute without buying and maintaining your own hardware.
- ✔Want redundancy that survives hardware failure and planned maintenance.
- ✔Need a surveillance or NVR system designed around your site and budget.
- ✔Prefer one team managing infrastructure alongside IT, security and hosting.
- ✖Already run and staff your own data center end to end.
- ✖Only need a single simple website, since hosting on its own may be the better fit.
- ✖Want an entirely public-cloud architecture with no interest in dedicated capacity; see our Cloud service.
FAQs About Managed Infrastructure
Didn’t find your question? A real person reads every inquiry.
What does Pidoxa’s infrastructure practice include?
Physical compute and virtualization, network and security hardware, storage and backup, and video-surveillance systems, built and managed for clients and for Pidoxa’s own operations.
Where is the infrastructure hosted?
In our on-site data center, which has redundant internet connectivity capable of over 100 Gbps and generator and UPS battery-rack power backup.
How does this relate to website hosting and cloud?
Website Hosting (HMS), Cloud and Cybersecurity all run on this infrastructure. We use public cloud where distributed compute or storage is a better fit for a client’s needs.
Do you install and support camera systems?
Yes. We design, deploy and support NVR-based camera systems, with hands-on experience across Verkada, UniFi Protect and OpenEye, so we can recommend the platform that fits your needs and budget.
Do you work with Proxmox and Kubernetes?
Both are recent additions to our own environment alongside VMware. Tell us about your use case and we’ll say plainly whether they’re the right tool for it.
Let’s Build the Foundation Your Systems Run On
Your applications are only as dependable as the compute, network and storage underneath them.
We design redundancy in from the start, so hardware failures and maintenance don’t become your downtime.
Tell us what you need to run and we’ll come back with questions, not a brochure.
