Managed IT with One Point of Contact for Every Piece of Technology
Helpdesk support, device and network management, procurement and vendor relationships, delivered through one ongoing, contract-based relationship instead of a stack of providers.
Managing Vendors Shouldn’t Be Your Second Job
Most organizations end up with one provider for support, another for security, another for licensing and another for hardware. Every problem starts with working out who to call.
Managed IT replaces that with a single relationship. One team answers the ticket, manages the devices, handles the renewals and deals with the vendors, and it all sits on one predictable, contract-based bill.
Everything Your Team Needs to Stay Productive, Under One Roof
Six services, delivered together by the same team.
How Managed IT Works
Onboard and inventory
We inventory your devices, users, licenses and vendors, and bring them under monitoring, so every technician who touches a ticket has the history in front of them.
Support and maintain
Tickets are handled through a single queue while patching and monitoring run in the background, so most problems are fixed before they reach your team.
Review and plan
Renewals, seat counts and equipment purchases are tracked and handled for you, so they’re planned rather than urgent.

Yes. We handle Microsoft 365 and Azure licensing through our reseller relationship, including seat counts, renewals and license-tier changes.
Do you support Google Workspace as well as Microsoft 365?
Yes. We are equipped to manage both, along with user identity and device policy through JumpCloud, Active Directory and Azure Entra.
